Toscana is like a white T-shirt: nothing special but convenient for any occasion.

The unpretentious Tuscan-styled restaurant is located near the Kerry Centre, making it a prime spot for CBDers during lunchtime. You may start with a healthy plate of salad, dolled up with slices of seasonal squash and sun-dried tomatoes. Their tomato soup was fresh and chunky and tasted quite good. The penne arrabiata wasn’t spicy enough but with its hearty chunks of Parmesan cheese, garlic and olives, it is a step up from the average Italian restaurant. We ended our lunch with a delightful blueberry panna cotta that was as smooth as silk. The service was pleasant and meals came on time.

For lunch, they have two-course (RMB 48) and three-course (RMB 68) RMB Exchange rate set menus that change every week.
